Detailed Coaching Session
Every session is engineered to target a specific area of improvement using TrackMan club and ball metrics, 3D biomechanics from Sportsbox AI, and detailed swing analysis. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s working, what needs to change, and exactly how to train in between sessions.
- New player assessment
- TrackMan-powered club and ball flight data
- Take-home video breakdown and review
- Drills and a personalized practice plan
Trackman
Ball & Club AnalysisTrackMan is a core part of every Studio Golf lesson. It gives you instant feedback on ball speed, spin rate, launch angle, attack angle, club path, face orientation, and more. This is how we identify root issues, confirm changes are working, and help you build a swing that holds up under pressure. It’s how we ensure every shot you hit at Studio Golf comes with an actionable takeaway.

SportsBox AI
3D Swing AnalysisSportsbox AI uses a single video from your lesson to generate a complete 3D model of your swing without any sensors or extra gear. We use it to analyze movement joint by joint, measure rotation and sway, and show precisely how your mechanics are impacting your performance. This measurable data helps us understand your swing and show you how to fix it.
After each session, your coach will upload a curated set of drills to our in-bay touchscreen system, so that when you come in to practice, you can follow a step-by-step plan built just for you. Watch demo videos, see your own swing comparisons, and stay locked in on the changes that move your game forward.
