3D Swing AnalysisSportsbox AI gives you access to a level of swing detail that’s almost impossible to find anywhere else. Using cutting-edge 3D motion capture and kinematic measurements, Sportsbox turns a single video into a complete 3D model of your swing—breaking down every move with pinpoint accuracy. Backed by industry leaders like Bryson DeChambeau, David Leadbetter, and Michelle Wie, this tech lets you see your mechanics in a way that’s both hyper-detailed and game-changing.
Each bay is equipped with an interactive touchscreen display loaded with a library of pre-recorded drills to sharpen your swing. Take the DIY route and choose the drills that align with your goals—or get a curated list of exercises from any coach after your first lesson. Do I need to be a member to reserve a practice bay?
Yes, practice bays are exclusive to Studio Golf members. Non-members can still book lessons, fitness sessions, and club fittings, but independent bay use is a member benefit.

How long can I reserve a practice bay?
Bays can be reserved for 1 or 2-hour sessions, with no limit on how often you book. Members have the freedom to train as much as they want, whenever they want.

What’s included when I book a practice bay?
You get full use of TrackMan, Sportsbox AI 3D analysis, and PuttView putting technology, plus our three-angle camera system with instant replay. Everything you need for focused, data-driven practice.

Can I bring guests inside the practice bay?
Yes. Members can bring guests to share their bay sessions as often as they’d like. However, the same guest can visit up to 6 times per year before they’ll need their own membership. It’s the perfect way to train with a friend or give someone a taste of the Studio Golf experience.

What if I just want to practice casually?
Even if you’re not chasing low scores, the bays make practice fun and productive. You can run TrackMan games, play a round or 2 on our available courses, or simply work on consistency with pro-level tools.
