Every session blends 60 minutes of focused fitness with 30 minutes of guided stretch recovery, using OxeFit Smart Gym technology to measure power, velocity, load, and balance in real time. Training Informed by Your BodyThis isn’t a row of treadmills or a corner of free weights. OxeFit uses robotics and real-time data to track every rep, every range of motion, and every detail of your form, including power, velocity, load, and balance. Do I need to be a member to book a Fitness & Stretch session?
No. Fitness & Stretch sessions are available to both members and non-members. Members, however, get exclusive access to the fitness area for independent training outside of scheduled sessions.

What’s included in a Fitness & Stretch session?
Each session combines 60 minutes of targeted fitness training with 30 minutes of stretch recovery, plus a 7-day personalized plan designed to keep you progressing between sessions.

How long are the sessions?
Sessions last 90 minutes total. (60 minutes of fitness followed by 30 minutes of stretch recovery)

Who designs the fitness programs?
Our programs are developed by trainers vetted and mentored by Don Saladino, world-renowned golf and celebrity fitness coach (Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Jake Gyllenhaal). Don is the first-ever TPI Level 3 Fitness Certified Coach, mentored by TPI founder Dr. Greg Rose, and the founder of Golf 495, NYC’s first golf-specific gym. He’s been featured in Muscle & Fitness, Men’s Health, The Today Show, and serves as an NBC Golf Pass Fitness Coach and Trainer.

What is the Fitness Mobility Assessment?
The Fitness Mobility Assessment is a 30-minute evaluation that identifies your mobility, flexibility, and movement patterns. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your strengths, limitations, and how to improve them.
